Voor het eerst hier met het restaurantweek menu, maar zeker niet voor het laatst. Heerlijk gegeten, verse producten en heel persoonlijke bediening. Alles klopte!
Hele leuke en lekkere gerechten. Service was ook top!
Wat zijn we verwend bij Salty Seafood!
Alle gerechten waren een traktatie; origineel, goed in balans en heerlijk van smaak. Door de bediening zijn we enorm in de watten gelegd. De wijnspijs combinaties waren erg goed.
We hebben genoten.

Nino Willems is a young enthusiastic chef with a wealth of experience in top restaurants. He worked at Beluga (**) in Maastricht, then went to De Kromme Watergang (**) in Breskens, which after a few years he exchanged for De Librije (***) in Zwolle. After seven fantastic learning years, it is time for the next career move: his own business.
This he does together with Aysen Bilal, who worked as a hostess at De Librije and Poppe.
