Second time at the Boterbrug, and far from disappointed! The quality is extraordinarily good. Delicious and prepared to perfection. Service is wonderful too, you’ll feel at home but with amazing food. Recommended!
Als een francaise die hier een tijdje woont heb ik gerechten gekozen die ik mis en allang niet had gegeten. Ze smaakten oprecht heerlijk!!!
We had dinner at Bistro Boterbrug recently and could not believe the amazing food we were served, from foie gras to delicious tuna steak seared to perfection. The starters were incredible, as well as the cheese platter we ordered for desert. The quality/price ration in this restaurant is a 10/10. Highly recommendable, and definitively a place to repeat.

About Bistro de Boterbrug
Cuisine: French
Enjoy picturesque dining with a visit to the charming French bistro on the Boterbrug in Delft: Bistro de Boterbrug. Inside, there is an atmospheric ambience to enjoy. This historic building, which has existed since 1585, exudes character and history.
The owner and chef, Ewout ter Harmsel, has had a connection with France since childhood. He started as a dishwasher and soon developed a passion for cooking. His dream was always to start his own business, and he missed a good French bistro in Delft where you could eat classic dishes and drink good wine. When he discovered this premises, he immediately envisioned the whole concept.
When designing the interior, they took inspiration from both the elegance of Paris and timeless classical decor. The walls are embellished with artworks, photos and mirrors all related to food, France or Delft.
Bistro de Boterbrug's menu is lively and undergoes regular changes. They strive to adapt to the seasons and present a "plat du jour," a daily changing dish. The aim is to constantly try out new dishes and if they are to your liking, they add them permanently to the menu.
