Gisteren met z'n 2en gegeten. Hartelijke ontvangst en aardige en adequate bediening. Mooi restaurant, goede sfeer. Alleen de akoestiek kan iets beter. 6-gangen menu met diverse amuses. Allemaal heel lekker. Mooie bijpassende wijnen gedronken. Wij komen zeker terug.

Gisteravond ruim 3,5 uur getafeld in een geweldig restaurant. Wij kregen bijna een 8-gangen diner.....kortom we raakten de tel en ons verstand volledig kwijt want de gerechtjes kwamen als kunststukjes binnen en smaakten voortreffelijk tot het goddelijke af. Heel bijzonder in ieder geval. De jonge medewerkers zijn vakkundig, professioneel en uiterst vriendelijk. Geen "kouwe" kak, ze liepen comfortabel op gympen en gelijk hebben ze. We hebben ze ook bedankt voor deze geweldige culinaire ervaring. Wat ons betreft zeker de Michelinster waard. Top adres!

Prettige ontvangst en professionele, maar pretting onstspannen bediening. Het eten was verrassend, smaakte geweldig goed, en de porties waren precies goed. Mooi verbouwde zaak, met de juiste mix van historisch gebouw en moderne stijl. De persoonlijke begroeting door chefkok André Gerrits was een warm welkom.

Na minstens 20 jaar, 't Amsterdammertje weer eens gevonden.

Heel mooi geworden, functionele, warm-moderne en respectvolle inrichting naar eigen smaak van de eigenaren (gelukkig geen 'binnenhuis-Ayatollah' ingezet, zo iemand die alles wit, grijs en zwart maakt).

Na minstens 20 jaar, 't Amsterdammertje weer eens gevonden.

Op tafel kwamen geweldig mooie smaak-paletjes, met bijzonder goed bijpassende wijnen. Tot en met het fraaie Duitse witje, wat fantastisch overeind bleef bij een Aziatisch pedis tussengerecht.

Bediening vriendelijk, ook leuk dat de eigenaar zich direct aan het begin aan je tafel even komt voorstellen.

Puntjes op de I? Die zijn er altijd als je zo naar kwaliteit streeft. Onze welgemeende tips:

Kijk of je het gedrag van de brigade nog iets meer in een kloppend geheel kunt smeden. Er lijkt hier en daar wel wat onervarenheid en verlegenheid / terughoudendheid door te schemeren.

De losse sfeer is goed en passend bij de jeugdigheid van de eigenaren. Pas alleen op dat het niet net te popi-jopi wordt; de grens is dun.

Maar dit zijn details: we kunnen iedere fijnproever aanbevelen hier eens kennis te komen maken.

Restaurant 't Amsterdammertje is located in Loenen aan de Vecht. Since the 80's 't Amsterdammertje has been an understanding in the Gooi- and Vechtarea. It was one of the first brasseries in the country to offer a 3 course menu.

Chef André Gerrits started his professional career as a chef at Restaurant de Kromme Dissel. After gaining work experience in various kitchens and taking his culinary skills to a higher level, he took over 't Amsterdammertje in 2009 together with his wife Genevieve. Success soon followed, because in November 2010 't Amsterdammertje was awarded a first Michelin star.

Worlds come together in the beautiful monumental old Dutch farm of this restaurant. Chef André and his team take you into the worlds of gastronomy, design, culture and craftsmanship. High-quality culinary dishes from international cuisine are inspired by the seasons and served by a passionate and driven team.

Behind all dishes there is a story and the guests are invited to take part in this experience. Together with the sommelier the chef works on the wine-food combination for each dish. These are mainly pure and organic wines from all over the world with a preference for wines from Germany, Austria and Northern Italy.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.

During the National Restaurant Week you can enjoy a fantastic 3-course dinner at the best 600 restaurants in the Netherlands for only € 29.95 per person. The National Restaurant Week is organized twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.

7. How can I change my reservation?

That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.

8. Is cancelling free of charge?

Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.

If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Your deposit will then be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will keep your deposit to cover the cost of the table. We are independent of this, any problems caused by this must be resolved in communication with the restaurant.
