Wij hadden een 9 gangen "Dining with the Stars amuze" menu, kleine porties maar zeer exclusief en bijzonder smaakvol. combinaties van smaken die zich perfect aanvullen. Zo'n diner neemt een tijd in beslag van drie uur in een sfeervolle ambiance. Wat wel enig sinds storend ervaren is het constante het geloop en ge-ren in het restaurant van de bediening die ,overdreven, haar/zijn gastheerschap uitvoerde. Maar dat zal wel horen in een sterrenrestaurant. Een glas "huiswijn" berekenen voor 6 euro waarvoor nog geen vierde van een glas word geschonken noemen ik zuinig.... Maar-ja, er moet toch ergens aan verdiend worden.

Gegeten bij Kaatje tijdens de restaurantweek, wat misschien een ander menu opleverd dan anders maar we hadden op mooie tussengangen gehoopt.
Nu was het ganzenlever en een kaasplankje welke we beide niet gekozen hebben.
Menu opzich was prima (amuse, voor, hoofd, na) maar niet zulke grote porties, wijnarrangement ni...

Goede bediening, werd rekening gehouden met dieetwensen en we werden door de eigenaar naar ons hotel in Muggebeet gereden aangezien de taxiservice niet zo goed is in de regio.
Op naar weer een ander sterrenrestaurant en wie weet komen we nog een keer terug.

Wij hebben heerlijk bij Kaatje gegeten. Ik heb niet meegedaan met het wijnarrangement omdat ik voor "BOB" speelde. Maar mijn partner zei dat het heerlijke wijnen waren.
Het enige minpunt is dat wij bij reserveren (restaurantweek) al € 12,50 supplement moesten betalen omdat Kaatje een Michelin ster heeft.
Wij vinden dat eigenlijk wel een beetje arrogant.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to [email protected] with your reservation details.

3. How can I write a review?

Once you have made your reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an invitation to share your gastronomic experience with the restaurant in a review. Click on 'leave a review' in the e-mail and here you can write a review about the restaurant you have visited.

4. What is the National Restaurant Week?

During the National Restaurant Week you can enjoy a fantastic 3-course dinner at the best 600 restaurants in the Netherlands for only € 29.95 per person. The National Restaurant Week is organized twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.

7. How can I change my reservation?

That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.

8. Is cancelling free of charge?

Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.

If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Your deposit will then be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will keep your deposit to cover the cost of the table. We are independent of this, any problems caused by this must be resolved in communication with the restaurant.
