Wow ! Wat een heerlijke ongekende verassing menu, super mooie gerechten met een sublieme wijn arrangement. Perfect en correcte" familie" mensen hier. Dan ook nog al de heerlijke vele amuses... Volgens mij kan deze de eerste ster overslaan en gelijk voor de tweede gaan... Ja en dit was een rustige onverwachte lunch in Utrecht.

we hadden tafel direct bij de ingang en voor de keuken . Geen goede plek als je rustig wilt dineren .
Al het personeel zoefde aan 2 kanten langs je tafel .
Andere tafel gevraagd kon niet want ze waren bezet ..... beetje jammer dat al deze tafels ( stuk of 4) om half twaalf nog niet bezet waren .....
eten wel verrassend en lekker maar de tijd tussen de gangen was veel te lang

hartelijk dank voor uw bezoek en review. Goed om te horen dat u genoten heeft van uw menu. We willen een gepast excuses maken dat er geen tafelwissel mogelijk was; dit verzoek heeft onze maitre noch onze sommelier bereikt die avond. We hebben uw kritiek inmiddels intern besproken om er nog beter van te worden. Graag willen we wel benadrukken dat wij ons concept als avondvullende culinaire beleving willen presenteren. Mocht u een nieuw bezoek overwegen, geeft u dan vooral aan als u aan tijd gebonden bent. Het is voor ons geen probleem om hier op uw verzoek rekening mee te houden.

Al met al een fantastiche ervaring. Super gegeten, goede sfeer en service. Iedere gang was overheerlijk en werd goed begeleid. Echt een aanwinst en aanrader!

Het eten en de bediening waren beiden (zeer) goed.
Een paar aandachtspunten:
- het duurde te lang. Om 18.05 gearriveerd; om 21.00 uur hadden we pas twee van de vijf gerechten gehad. Daarna naar de planning gevraagd, waarna het wat sneller ging.
- we hadden ons aangemeld voor een vier of vijf gangendiner. In het restaurant werd enigszins strak aangegeven dat alleen een vijfgangendiner mogelijk was.
- het vegetarische hoofdgerecht was wat minder creatief. Bij het vlees hoofdgerecht was de aardappelbaklava een bijgerecht. Dit ewas het hoofdbestanddeel van het vegetarische hoofdgerecht.

Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten bij El Qatarijne. De Oosterse (m.n. Turkse) inspiratie kwam duidelijk naar voren in de gerechten en leidden tot een unieke ervaring. We wilden een vegetarisch 5-gangen diner en daar wist de keuken zeker raad mee. De Oosterse invloed op de westerse manier van bereiden leidde tot unieke gerechten.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

During the National Restaurant Week you can enjoy a fantastic 3-course dinner at the best 600 restaurants in the Netherlands for only € 29.95 per person. The National Restaurant Week is organized twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.

7. How can I change my reservation?

That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.

8. Is cancelling free of charge?

Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.

If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Your deposit will then be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will keep your deposit to cover the cost of the table.
