Mooi menu, heerlijke smaken , origineel en goed op elkaar afgestemd.vriendelijke sfeer. We hebben genoten.

"Smakelijk maar niet verrassend gegeten"

hoofdgerecht (tonijn) had iets korter gebakken kunnen worden, was nu te gaar, voortaan om en om aanbakken en hooguit medium serveren. Het chocolade mouse dessert was veel te zwaar, wij misten luchtigheid. Voor een rood wijntje € 9, een glaasje is fors geprijsd !

Als regelmatige gasten maakten wij natuurlijk gebruik van de FIJNproefweek bij De Hoefslag. Zelfs voor deze week was een aparte menukaart gemaakt. Hierin stond het menu omschreven, echter ook de mogelijkheden tot extra gerechten en de wijnkaart. De bediening was weer zoals we gewend zijn, grandioos, de klant is altijd koning en alles is mogelijk. De amuses waren er om je smaakpapillen los te maken en dat lukte goed. De zelfgemaakte kroepoek met truffelmayonaise is altijd een aangename 'snack'. Het voorgerecht bestond uit makreel met langoustine, leuk opgediend met asperge, haricots verts en een ijsbolletje met een hele aparte smaak. Het hoofdgerecht was heerlijk mals lamsvlees met verschillende kleuren wortel en lamsoor en het dessert waren aardbeien in allerlei soorten: verse, merenque, aardeienijs en heerlijke aardbeiensaus. Stukjes rabarber en de witte chocolade maakten het af. We dronken een sauvignon blanc en een Italiaanse wijn, waar de naam me even van ontschoten is en mijn man had een kirsch bij zijn koffie. Alle lof wederom voor de kok en we komen snel weer terug.

Gastvrij ontvangen, zeer professionele bediening. Wij werden in de watten gelegd. Uitstekende gerechten. Hele mooie avond gehad waarin alles klopte.

4. What is the National Restaurant Week?

During the National Restaurant Week you can enjoy a fantastic 3-course dinner at the best 600 restaurants in the Netherlands for only € 29.95 per person. The National Restaurant Week is organized twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.

7. How can I change my reservation?

That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.

8. Is cancelling free of charge?

Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.

If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Your deposit will then be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will keep your deposit to cover the cost of the table. We are independent of this, any problems caused by this must be resolved in communication with the restaurant.
