"Geweldige ervaring"

Geweldige ervaring! De ambiance, de sfeer, de geheimzinnigheid, naar binnen gaan met een QR-code niet wetend wat je gaat aantreffen, het droeg allemaal bij aan een fantastische avond. Wij hadden 10-gangen en op1 toetje na hebben we nog net niet al onze borden schoon gelikt. Hier komen we zeker terug!

Heerlijk eten in een modern jasje. Ambiance heel bijzonder. Elke gang was een waar kunstwerkje. We hebben genoten. Het wijnadvies van de sommelier paste perfect bij onze smaak én de gerechten. Al met al een fantastische ervaring. Dank!

"Amazing speakeasy restaurant "

Fantastic speakeasy restaurant, we had the 8 course menu (vegetarian and not vegetarian), with a bottle of champagne. It was delicious! Only remark would be that I would have preferred the duck fillet’s skin to be crispy. But overall it was an amazing multi textures experience. I’ll come back for sure !

1) Staff told us to keep the cutlery, which means we ate fish and duck with the same forks and knifes.
2) The bread was too hard, as it would be its 4th day
3) the toilets look old, the doors in the toilets look like in a cheap bar, but not a Michelen restaurant
4) there are fake dusty flowers all over the restau...

Hele fijne avond gehad. Ontzettend leuke sfeer door het speakeasy concept, je zit heerlijk rustig en kunt daardoor extra genieten van het eten en het gezelschap.

Eten was super en goede wijnen. De wijnkaart had nog we iets uitgebreider met nieuwe wereld wijnen mogen zijn, zeker omdat er niet specifiek een wijn pairing is.

About Graphite*

Graphite* is the first speakeasy restaurant in the Netherlands and is located in the Paardenstraat near Rembrandtplein. The restaurant is mysterious and hard to find. So you have to look for a door with a scanner and take your QR code with you.

The setting in the restaurant is reminiscent of bars at the time of the American reclamation. An intimate yet spacious restaurant with a clubby atmosphere, loud music and dimmed lights. A mysterious environment.

Chef Peter Gast has earned his spurs in the past 16 years as chef of restaurant 't Schultenhues in Zutphen. He prepares classic dishes and refined sauces and combines these with inventive ideas.

In 2020 Graphite was awarded 1 Michelin star and in total they have 16 Gault&Millau points.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to [email protected] with your reservation details.

3. How can I write a review?

Once you have made your reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an invitation to share your gastronomic experience with the restaurant in a review. Click on 'leave a review' in the e-mail and here you can write a review about the restaurant you have visited.

4. What is the National Restaurant Week?

During the National Restaurant Week you can enjoy a fantastic 3-course dinner at the best 600 restaurants in the Netherlands for only € 29.95 per person. The National Restaurant Week is organized twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.

7. How can I change my reservation?

That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.

8. Is cancelling free of charge?

Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.

If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Your deposit will then be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will keep your deposit to cover the cost of the table. We are independent of this, any problems caused by this must be resolved in communication with the restaurant.
