Helaas geen positieve ervaring tov. veel andere (restaurantweek)restaurants die we proberen. Voor de lunch geweest en helaas waren we de enige aanwezigen. Dat samen met het onaangename gedrag van de serveerster, maakte dat er geen in dit fraaie restaurant geen sfeer was. Die hebben we zelf maar gemaakt, ondmanks het geklets, gehoest en genies van het personeel op de achtergrond. De goede wijnen maakte wel iets goed, maar ondanks dat de gerechten mooi opgemaakt waren, vielen de smaaksensatie tegen. Met name het suddervlees was niet gaar genoeg en daardoor was het vele vet nog te hard... Uiteindelijk won het desert het dan nog. Als je voor dit menu de volle prijs zou betalen, dan zou het al met al een rip-off zijn. Dar valt ons toch wel op in ons geliefde Rotterdam... Buiten de steden lijken restaurants toch meer te bieden voor het (dure) geld. Dit had iig qua gastheerschap (mag dat nog?!) een stuk beter gemogen en eigenlijk gemoeten. Vooral als je besluit mee te doen aan dit soort acties als de restaurantweken.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to [email protected] with your reservation details.

3. How can I write a review?

Once you have made your reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an invitation to share your gastronomic experience with the restaurant in a review. Click on 'leave a review' in the e-mail and here you can write a review about the restaurant you have visited.

4. What is the National Restaurant Week?

During the National Restaurant Week you can enjoy a fantastic 3-course dinner at the best 600 restaurants in the Netherlands for only € 29.95 per person. The National Restaurant Week is organized twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.

7. How can I change my reservation?

That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.

8. Is cancelling free of charge?

Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.

If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Your deposit will then be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will keep your deposit to cover the cost of the table. We are independent of this, any problems caused by this must be resolved in communication with the restaurant.

9. How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation from the confirmation email: Click on manage reservation in the email and click on the cancel reservation button.
