Goed verzorgt met heerlijke amuses

Heerlijke avond gehad. Lekkere gerechten, ongedwongen sfeer en alles goed verzorgd.
Heerlijk genoten van het 6-gangen menu. De amuses zijn het vermelden waard!
Verdeling van het menu was naar ons idee een beetje scheef: 4x vis, 1 gerecht vlees en een dessert.
We verbaasden ons erover dat er geen wijnarrangement was?
Bediening is vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar zou vaker kunnen vragen naar dran...

Bediening is vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar zou vaker kunnen vragen naar drankwensen. Ook bv. het aanbieden van een krukje voor mijn tas werd overgeslagen en de tafel werd niet ontdaan van broodkruimels.
Al met al heerlijk gegeten maar niet helemaal de beleving die ik uit andere (sterren)restaurants ken.
