Hadden een heerlijke lunch met veel vis op verschillende manieren. Alle, voor en tussengerechten smaakten bijzonder en waren perfect klaar gemaakt. Ook het hoofdgerecht van lam was lekker zacht zeker de lamsnek. Nagerecht en nog een kopje koffie van de zaak maakte deze middag zeker de moeite waard.
Gisteren met mijn vader bij Restaurant Wiesen gegeten in Eindhoven. Heerlijke avond gehad met uitstekend eten, prima service en een zeer aangename ambiance!
Is een aanbeveling voor iedereen die dit waardeert.
Beste wat ik ooit heb geproefd ware smaak sensatie! Alles van top tot teen goed verzorgd.
Aankomst hebben we buiten gezeten waar we verassende en mooie amuses kregen. Toen het te fris werd vroegen we een tafeltje binnen en dit was geen probleem. Daar heerlijke wijnen van het arangement met een goed uitleg, de wijn ging leven voordat het in je mond was. Het eten was een feestje voor het oog op zeer mooie borden. Het was echt genieten van de verschillende smaken in perfecte combinaties. Dit is een groot compliment voor de keukenbrigade. De bediening was erg goed en prettig. Alles bij elkaar een aanrader en voor een eerlijke prijs. Zeker een keer gaan proberen.
Heerlijk gegeten. Kregen netjes een extra gang omdat bij Wiesen een 5 gangen menu altijd al de prijs kost van deze actie. Erg lekkere smaken. Ook amuses waren heerlijk. Locatie is top midden in centrum waardoor er ook nog wat te zien is op het terras.
