Het 5 gangen menu voor "DwtS" was zeer goed verzorgd en heel smaakvol. Zeker was dit waar voor je geld. Het hoofdgerecht was in mijn geval het minste, maar dat lag volgens mij meer aan mij dan aan de heer Brienen.

We hadden ons de moeite genomen om vanuit Herten naar Well te rijden om lekker te gaan eten bij Brienen aan de Maas in Well.
We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en naar onze gereserveerde tafel gebracht.
IWe hadden gekozen voor het vijfgangen diner.
Alleen bij het hoofdgerecht hadden we een bijpassende wijn besteld,omdat er nog terug gereden moest worden
We zijn in meerdere Michelinster zaken geweest en zijn tot de conclusie gekomen dat Brienen qua eten,ambiance,service de minste was. Wij vonden het eten ,vooral het hoofdgerecht,zijnde fazant flauw en niet erg op smaak. De spruitjes waren wel heel erg hard. Beetgaar hoeft niet bijna rauw te zijn.
Bij het in/bij schenken van het tafelwater knoeide de bediening,omdat men het te snel deed.
De jassen werden in de hand terug gegeven en er werd niet geholpen bij het aantrekken van de jassen.
Ons viel het op dat het behoorlijk rumoerig was.
Al met al viel het ons tegen en voldeed het niet wat wij verwachten en krijgen in andere. Michelinster dragende zaken. Jammer maar wij komen niet meer terug en het was nogmaals achteraf gezien niet de moeite waard geweest om daar naar toe te rijden.

De enige aanmerking is dat de gangen wat snel achter elkaar kwamen. We waren om 18.30 binnen en stonden om 22.00 al weer buiten. Ik vind dat te snel met 6 gangen met een extra vooraf en koffie na. ondanks dat was het eten weer fantastisch en hebben we een super avond gehad.

We hebben een geweldige avond gehad. Heerlijk gegeten, verfijnde gerechten en alles perfect verzorgd.
De vriendelijke bediening maakte het tot een perfecte avond.
