Het blijft verrassend. Iedere keer weer een twist. Ganzelever en krab, Langoustine en kaviaar, forel, duif en 2 desserts. Kom er maar op. Voortreffelijk!
Fijne smaken en mooie presentatie van de gerechten, de sfeer is relaxed en de bediening is prettig.
We hebben echt heerlijk gegeten. Spannende prachtige gerechten opgediend als kleine schilderijtjes en met liefde voorbereid. Michelinster waardig. Het enige minpuntje vond ik dat de sfeer in de serre waar wij zaten niet helemaal hoort bij de kwaliteit van dit restaurant. Iets meer warme sfeer aanbrengen. Maar we gaan zeker terug.
De gerechten en wijnen waren prima op elkaar afgestemd daarnaast was de bediening in een informele sfeer met goede uitleg over de gerechte en de keuze van de wijnen
