Prettige en ongedwongen sfeer. Rustige inrichting met comfortabele stoelen
Bediening is informeel en verloopt vlot. Het menu van de restaurantweek was erg smakelijk, de borden goed opgemaakt. Het dessert van dit vaste menu werd zonder meerprijs gewisseld met een luxe kaasplankje. Vraagt om herhaling en dan reserveren voor een zitplaats aan de waterkant.
Vanwege de ligging in de binnenstad een mooie locatie. Keuken is open dus je kan de kunsten van de koks bekijken. De keuken bestaat uit culinaire visgerechten en ik werd niet teleurgesteld. De drie gangen werden uitgebreid met opties die aansluiten op het bestaande menu. Vers bereid en uitstekend. Een goede aanrader.
Hartelijk ontvangst, een heldere (restaurantweek)menukaart mét uitbreidigsopties, prima toelichting, tempo en dosering. En het belangrijkste: heerlijke gerechten met verrassende smaakcombinaties én een uitstekend bijpassend wijnarrangement (met de sympathieke optie van halve glaasjes). De Stroper is een prima bestemming voor een smaakvol, ontspannen avondje uit.
Goed gegeten, goede sfeer en goede bediening.
Alleen de zitbank zat volgens mijn man niet lekker.
Hij heeft dat al bij betaling van ons diner aangegeven en ze vertelden dat
er aan gewerkt wordt om dat ook te gaan verbeteren.
Wij hebben een ontzettend gezellige avond gehad met heerlijk eten!
Een verfijnde keuken, mooie smaakcombinaties. Leuk dat je het menu kan uitbreiden met extra gangen. Prachtig opgemaakte borden. Echt een aanrader om vaker te eten, ondanks dat ik geen favoriet van vis ben!
