Erg goed eten, mooie smaakcombinaties en heerlijke wijnen. Ook hele aardige en nette bediening. Zonde dat de borden zo op de (goedkoop uitziende) tafels worden gezet en dat de tafel niet opgedekt is. Je krijgt bij elke gang je je bestek er bij.
Voor zulk goed eten en fijne bediening vonden wij dat een gemiste kans. Prijs/kwaliteit is in orde.
Heel grappig en toevallig dat wij (bijna) dezelfde namen hebben als de eigenaars Bas en Nikolina (wij heten Bas en Nicolien)

Meet restaurant Vecera in Hendrik-ido-Ambacht. This restaurant, formerly known as Restaurant BAS, has undergone a thorough renovation and received a new name and look. At Vecera you can enjoy the high quality creations of Chef Bas. He employs his own cooking style, combining classic French cuisine with modern, Burgundian influences. He emphasizes freshness and seasonal ingredients. For Bas, it's all about the overall picture and the balance between all the flavors on the plate. Hostess Nikolina is Croatian by origin and together with partner Bas she has managed to weave her roots into the dishes.

1. Do I need to pay upfront?

No, for most restaurants you don't have to pay upfront when you make a reservation.
Some restaurants only accept reservations with a small down payment, this is clearly indicated when making a reservation.

2. I want to cancel my reservation but I do not have my confirmation email. What can I do?

If you have lost the confirmation, please email to [email protected] with your reservation details.

3. How can I write a review?

Once you have made your reservation, you will automatically receive an e-mail with an invitation to share your gastronomic experience with the restaurant in a review. Click on 'leave a review' in the e-mail and here you can write a review about the restaurant you have visited.

4. What is the National Restaurant Week?

During the National Restaurant Week you can enjoy a fantastic 3-course dinner at the best 600 restaurants in the Netherlands for only € 29.95 per person. The National Restaurant Week is organized twice a year, in the spring and in the fall.

5. I'm following a special diet, can this be taken into account?

Restaurants are happy to take your dietary requirements into account. You can indicate this in the comments on the booking form.

6. Are drinks included in the menu price?

Drinks are not included in de menu price. Only, if its clearly stated in de deal description.

7. How can I change my reservation?

That's no problem! You can make changes by using the 'change' link in your confirmation mail or login into your account.

8. Is cancelling free of charge?

Yes, you can always cancel free of charge.

If you have paid a deposit, you can cancel up to 24 hours before your reservation. Your deposit will then be automatically refunded to your account. Please note that if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will keep your deposit to cover the cost of the table. We are independent of this, any problems caused by this must be resolved in communication with the restaurant.

9. How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation from the confirmation email: Click on manage reservation in the email and click on the cancel reservation button.
