Heerlijke smaken, fijne bediening, mooie zaak
Erg lekkere gerechtjes, alleen voor ons wel wat te kleine porties. Brood/boter komt niet op tafel zonder dat je dit zelf bestelt. Dat hadden we achteraf beter wel kunnen doen. We gingen er vanuit dat 7 gerechtjes wel voldoende zou zijn.
De lunch zou 'shared dining' zijn, maar bijna alles werd op een eigen bord ges...

Water is 4 euro voor een piepkleine fles. De bediening was deze middag attent en vriendelijk. We hadden de rekening ter plekke wel beter even goed na kunnen kijken, want toen ik later nog even keek stonden er 2 glazen van het wijnarrangement teveel op genoteerd. Volgende dag een mailtje gestuurd over deze menselijke vergissing, maar helaas, een reactie bleef tot nu toe uit.
Fijne avond, mooie gerechtjes, prima service
Heerlijk gegeten van een 7-gangen menu. Genoten van de lekkere smaken en de mooie presentatie.

Allereerst vinden wij het fijn om te horen dat de keukenbrigade en de bediening jullie een fijne middag hebben kunnen geven.
Tot op heden heb ik van u nog geen e-mail van u mogen ontvangen i.v.m. de te veel afgerekende glazen wijn, Misschien dat hier iets mis gegaan is. Dit kunnen we uiteraard nog altijd oplossen voor u.
Wat betreft de feedback die u heeft gegeven met betrekking tot het water en dergelijke,
De flessen water die wij voor u serveren hebben een inhoud van 0,7 Liter. Indien u een (klein Flesje van 0,2L) besteld kost deze 3 euro, Hierin kan ik mij dus niet zo goed vinden.
Juist omdat wij net zoals u in dit geval wel vaker de feedback hebben gekregen dat gasten het iet wat aan de weinige kant vonden hebben wij het besluit genomen om het meerendeel van de gerechten per persoon te serveren, maar nog altijd 2 gerechten van het menu te delen. Dit om het (share Dining concept) nog altijd in acht te nemen.
Graag ontvang ik van u nog een e-mail waarin wij contact met elkaar kunnen hebben om dit eventueel verder te bespreken.
